Non-activated NASPR Stallions

The following NASPR-licensed stallions are eligible for the Stallion Roster, but have not yet been activated for the current breeding season.

What does non-activated mean?
The stallion owner has not acquired the breeding permit for the current year and therefore foals conceived during a non-activated breeding season are NOT eligible for registration.
